Job Description Job title: Finance Manager 2 Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 12 months Description: Responsibilities and Duties: • Manage the Account Team’s Marketing budget, including but not limited to o Consolidate marketing program details, such as program structure, background, business and financial details from program owners and deliver overall Account-level view o Manage budget plans, reconcile between planned budget and actuals and lead month-end closing with variance reporting o Lead program documentations and approval processes o Review final deliverables against contract and lead payment validation process for approval • Act as the voice of brand and manager of national priorities within cross functional teams internally and agency partners externally • Manages product marketing, promotion, and advertising programs and materials for specific channels and/or campaign periods • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive media, partnership and experiential programming planning and execution while representing appropriate channel partners’ views in order to effectively manage product lifecycle
Background/Experience Required: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or business-related field • 6+ years of work experience (mobile or CPG industry preferred) • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing and the principles of driving audience relevance but ultimately the need to drive sales • A proven self-starter, they must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills for both internal and external discussions • Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve business objectives, personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established timeframes and specifications
Necessary Skills and Attributes: • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects • Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials • Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels. • The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives
Physical/Mental Demands: • The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment: o Work is generally performed in an office environment o Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time o The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds o Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress o Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas
